Seminar marketing that fills the room.
We plan, print, mail and measure dinner, educational and omni-channel seminar campaigns for financial advisors and retirement planners, and we do all of it ourselves.
01 / Three formats
Whichever room you choose, we'll fill it.
All three formats run on the same list, press and response platform. What changes between them is the venue, the invitation and the economics.
Dinner seminars
An invitation to a good local restaurant, mailed to pre-retirees inside your drive-time radius. In this business, dinner is still the format that produces the highest-quality room, because guests who accept a dinner invitation show up, stay for the presentation and book the appointment.
List · Invitation · Print · Mail · Seats · RemindersEducational seminars
A workshop at a library, college or community venue. The cost per head is lower and the audience comes for the topic rather than the meal. The setting also lends the subject some authority. For many advisors it's the stronger format outright, and it runs on the same list, presses and schedule as a dinner.
Workshop format · Lower cost per seatOmni-channel
Mail carries the invitation, and where the list holds an email address the same invitation goes out by email as well, pointing at the same registration page. On a typical campaign that reaches around 60% of the households twice. The campaign is still one event with one seat count, and we measure each channel on its own.
Mail + email · One seat count02 / How a campaign runs
How a target market
becomes guests at your seminar.
All six steps happen in one building, with no vendor in between.
04 / Who it's for
For advisors who are good in front of a room.
Financial advisors and retirement planners running their own seminars, and the marketing firms who run them for advisors and like having our presses behind the campaign.
We are a print and mail operation that runs seminar campaigns, in a business where most firms buy their print. It shows in the quote and the schedule, and later in the room itself.

A target market, a date and a rough seat target are enough for us to put together a quote.
