Included with every campaign

Prosperitas®

Prosperitas is the platform behind every piece we mail, and it's included with your campaign. Your guest types the code on their invitation, sees your event, reserves a seat and gets reminded, and the whole process runs automatically.

01 / Two names, on purpose

You use Prosperitas.
Your guests never hear of it.

The platform has one name for you and a separate web address for your guests. Everyone invited to your seminar hears from you, and nothing they see points to a marketing company.

FOR YOU

Prosperitas®

The product you're buying and the name you sign in under. You'll find your events, codes and guest list there.

FOR THEM

reserveyoursuccess.com

The web address printed on the mail piece, short enough to type off a card. Once your guests arrive, they see your name and your event.

WHY IT MATTERS

Only your name is on it

We built it this way because your guests are responding to you, and a shared-brand competitor can't offer that.

02 / What your guest sees

Five steps, with no account, app or password.

Your guests shouldn't need a login to say yes. They type five characters off the card and land on your event page.

  1. They enter the code. Five characters are printed on the piece, drawn from an alphabet we picked to avoid the characters that get misread off paper.
  2. They see your invitation. An event page with your name and branding shows the topic, the dates on offer, the venue with directions and your biography.
  3. They reserve a seat. They give a name, contact details and party size. Seats are allocated safely, and two guests can never both take the last one.
  4. They get a confirmation. An email arrives with a calendar file and a link they can use to cancel on their own. If they cancel, the seat comes back to you.
  5. They get reminded. Reminders go out automatically seven days out, two days out and on the morning of the event.
  • C
Your name, front and centerThe invitation page shows your name and photograph along with your event, and guests know it's you they're responding to.
  • M
Seats that can't be double-bookedCapacity is enforced where the data lives. When one seat is left, only one person can get it.
  • Y
Reminders on a scheduleEach guest gets three, sent by the system on the right day. Nobody has to remember to press a button.
  • K
Your registrants, separated at the databaseEach advisor's data is walled off in the database itself, underneath the software that reads it. A malformed request comes back empty and cannot return another advisor's registrants.

03 / How it comes

Part of your campaign,
with no subscription.

Prosperitas comes only with a seminar campaign. There's no monthly fee and nothing to set up. When we mail your campaign, the code on the piece already works, and the confirmations and reminders go out on their own.

The follow-up runs from the invitation itself, and your part is showing up to present. Included with every seminar campaign we mail

04 / Your data

The list you build is yours.

Each campaign we mail builds a registrant list, and that list belongs to you. The agreement you sign with us before we start says so.

Any platform should be able to tell you who owns the list when you leave. Our answer is in the contract

  • You set the purposeThe agreement states that the client determines why registration data is collected and how it is used.
  • Access and export, any timeYour registrant data is available to you throughout the engagement, and you may export it whenever you like.
  • If you leave, you take itIf the engagement ends, you get a 30 day window to export your data.
  • Never our marketing listSeminar Professionals will not use your registrant data for its own marketing, and will not sell, rent or disclose it.
  • And never anyone else'sYou will never be shown another client's data, and no other client will ever see yours.

05 / Before anyone shows up

Your lead arrives
when they register.

Seminar marketers in this business all get judged on the room. The room is the last step, though, and neither of us controls who actually turns up. You're paying for the person who raised their hand.

  • C
You have them the moment they registerName, phone and email land in Prosperitas as soon as the form is submitted. You don't wait for the dinner, and there's no spreadsheet to chase later.
  • M
A no-show is still a leadSometimes traffic, weather or a grandchild's recital gets in the way. They still registered for a seminar about their retirement, and you have their number either way.
  • Y
An overbooked room is good newsWhen the seats run out, the next people through go onto a waiting list, and their contact details are captured the same way. They asked to come and couldn't get in, which makes them some of the warmest names your campaign produces.
  • K
Confirmed, wait list, or everyoneA single toggle in the portal shows you the people holding a seat, the people who didn't make it off the list, or the whole campaign in one view.

If forty people register and twenty-eight walk through the door, the other twelve are still your leads, and you have all forty names. Each one is there for your follow-up
